Today, the company’s technologies and products are unique: the vast majority of positions don’t have analogues in the Russian Federation, and a number of products in the world.
They are represented as oxides, fluorides or halcogenides of metals as tablets, granules or discs. They are used for vacuum-, thermal, electron-ray or magnetron evaporation of low-reflection, protective or other interferential thin-filmed coatings onto optical details (parts) (lenses, prisms, etc.) in the wide spectra region: from vacuum ultraviolet to far infrared.
The temperature indicators provide high-precision temperature control of the heated surfaces. They are produced as suspensions (paints) in the temperature range from 30 to 1200 °C. They are also produced as patches (labels) for the temperatures from 40 to 300 °C. Colour change when the given (specified) temperature is achieved occurs quickly (about 100 msec) and it is irreversible. Temperature indicators have found wide use for temperature control in the vacuum evaporation chambers and for the equipment sterilization and also in the motorbuilding, avia-, rocket- and other equipment; in electroenergetics, transport and in the municipal services.
The infrared (IR) and ultraviolet (UV) visualizators are used for the alignment of laser and LED equipment and for the visualization of the invisible radiation. They are produced in the form of ceramic discs (in or without the metallic holder) and also in the form of solid plastics or in the form of rods. The visualizators are able to register the emission in the range of 250 -2100 nm.
